I ARENA DAY: a day to connect and grow together
Last Thursday, September 26th, the first ARENA DAY took place, an event that will mark the beginning of many more and that we are sure will continue in the coming years.
It was a day where ARENA employees from different departments, projects, and clients came together to share experiences and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The conversations and laughter helped us get to know each other better, strengthen bonds, and feel part of a true team. Although we collaborate remotely or from different departments on a daily basis, these kinds of gatherings remind us of something fundamental: WE ARE ONE. And not just a work team, but a group of people committed to a common goal.
At ARENA, we have always believed that a company’s success lies not only in its products or its capacity for technological innovation, but also in the well-being and motivation of its employees. The first ARENA DAY was the perfect opportunity to reaffirm that belief. It wasn’t simply a corporate activity, but an opportunity to enjoy ourselves, disconnect, and strengthen the bond we all share as members of the ARENA family.

Participating in these activities strengthened our relationships and encouraged more open communication by sharing personal anecdotes. We explored collaborative creativity by building upon each other’s ideas, which promoted more open and divergent thinking. Through imaginative and strategic exercises, we challenged our way of thinking and underscored the importance of continuous innovation.
Growing together, day by day
The first ARENA DAY was also an opportunity to reflect on how we continue to grow as a team and as a company. Each new challenge we face gives us the chance to learn, adapt, and, above all, continue innovating. But we do it together, as it’s part of our identity.
