Culture and principles at ARENA: our roadmap
In 2023, all of us at ARENA experienced a true (r)evolution, marked by three major events: the rebranding that brought with it a new corporate identity, the celebration of our 15th anniversary, and a profound cultural transformation.
In this article, we will delve into this last aspect, exploring the importance of corporate culture in organizational success and how we have strengthened ours at ARENA.
Why is corporate culture so important?
Corporate culture plays a fundamental role in the organizational fabric, establishing a distinctive identity that guides actions and decisions within the company.
This identity not only unites employees around shared objectives but also provides stability for the effective development of activities.
By promoting strong ethics and principles within the company, there is a direct impact on increasing the motivation and dedication of teams, who channel their efforts toward shared goals.
This approach generates a strong sense of belonging and commitment, which significantly boosts productivity. Below are some of the advantages of a strong corporate culture:

Our Culture in ARENA
Last year, we embarked on a comprehensive cultural transformation process. During this time, we worked to define and address both our purpose and the principles and behaviors that would form the core of our organizational culture.
To define our purpose and principles, we organized workshops and collaborative sessions with all ARENA members. In each session, every team member was able to contribute their vision and perspective on the aspects that should be part of the new culture.
Furthermore, as part of this process, we conducted an exercise in which ARENA members were asked to express the concepts that came to mind when they thought of ARENA. The most frequently mentioned words were: creativity, enthusiasm, learning, passion, success, trust, commitment, and flexibility.
Thanks to this, we have developed an identity that represents ARENA, establishing a cultural framework based on shared principles and behaviors.
These are our five cultural principles and the six behaviors that guide our actions and serve as our roadmap:
- We are one: Working as a team, in harmony, all ARENA members contribute to achieving a common goal, and that fills us with pride.
Beta always on: We turn every change into an opportunity. We live in constant learning, and that’s how we develop professionally. - Feel ARENA: We embrace challenges with enthusiasm. We put dedication, confidence, and consistency into what we do. We trust each other.
- In ARENA we trust: Responsibility defines us, honesty is non-negotiable, and commitment leads us to success.
- Beyond our limits: At ARENA, we have no limits. We put creativity at the service of our clients, with new ideas, solutions, and experiences that build the future.
These principles are reflected in our actions, guiding our commitment towards transparent and effective communication, collaborative leadership, the constant pursuit of innovation, active collaboration, continuous process improvement, and consensus-based decision-making.
On this journey, which we are still undertaking, we accompany you in every action and support those who need to resolve doubts or delve deeper into specific concepts. Most importantly, the entire team is committed to bringing each of these principles to life.
