II ARENA DAY: When the future is built together

At ARENA, we believe that the best path to the future is to walk it as a team. That’s why, on October 2, we celebrated the second edition of our ARENA Day, a very special gathering in which all of us at ARENA put our routines aside to look in the same direction: where we are going as a company and how each person is part of that journey.

More than a corporate meeting, ARENA Day is a space for sharing, reflecting, learning, and connecting.

It is an opportunity to celebrate achievements, talk openly about the challenges we face, and, above all, reinforce what makes us different: a culture based on people, knowledge, and collaboration.

Growing with purpose: our shared vision

During the meeting, Manuel Martín, CEO of ARENA, recalled that the driving force behind the company is its people and the knowledge we build together. Committing to specialization through our knowledge communities is the first step in creating spaces where ideas flow, innovation multiplies, and talent is empowered.

This same philosophy inspires the new communities of practice and innovation labs, where technology and business come together to create solutions that make a difference, such as RTBC or Smart Converter, driven from within with the support of strategic partners such as AWS.

Our culture, told from within

Each of ARENA’s departments shared their vision and role in collective growth:

Our CTO, Miguel Ángel Villaroel, reminded us that enthusiasm is what drives us. It pushes us to dream big, innovate with purpose, and work together to achieve ambitious goals. Because every step we take, we take together, proud to belong to a company that grows through excellence.

Javier Aneas, Head of FMS, emphasized the value of business knowledge and team commitment. In an environment marked by digitization, regulation, and data governance, FMS provides the expertise that makes the system work and creates a space for professional development.

From Finance & Legal, Mayte Plaza, our director, highlighted that our work is based on rigor, transparency, and collaboration. At ARENA, we accompany each project with responsibility, fulfilling our commitments to our clients, to ourselves, and to sustainability.

Finally, Inma Terrés, Head of Marketing and Communication at ARENA, Digital Marketing, presented ARENA’s new website, designed to reflect who we are and what we can achieve. She reminded us that our brand is built with every action and every person, because we are all ambassadors for ARENA.

Connect, laugh, and share on a very special day

ARENA Day was also a chance to enjoy ourselves together. The ARENA GAME, a collaborative game with challenges about the different departments, tested our knowledge and encouraged teamwork.

An informal snack also gave us the opportunity to chat and get to know each other better, because at ARENA, human connection is just as important as technological innovation.

The winning team’s gesture—deciding to share their prize with everyone—was the perfect ending to the day: a reminder that generosity, collaboration, and camaraderie are at the heart of our culture.
