Integration BNP - Allfunds
The Challenge
Assist from the functional area in the technological integration of messaging for the Allfunds Bank and BNP Paribas platforms.
The Strategy
The ARENA Financial TECH team, contributing business knowledge through our Business Analysts, would collaborate on the different parts and requirements of the project:
- Analysis and definition of processes
- Resolving developers' business questions
- Description of flows for application with each file type and type of operation
- Application front-end development, requirements for better user experience
- UAT & QA testing
- Delivery and validation of functional documentation and user guides
The Results
The integration project was successful with the implementation of the XGEN tool, which guarantees the entity’s operations. The project was completed on time and with the necessary quality.
