- Profile: Degree in Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or similar, with +3 years of experience in C++ development (Templates, STL).
- Experience: Multiplatform systems (Windows/Linux), continuous integration, and full lifecycle.
- Technical skills: C++ (v11+), Boost, CMake, GIT, XML.
- Desirable: experience in Python development and experience in the financial sector.

- +3 years of experience in QA ensuring end-to-end quality in critical environments.
- Proficiency in testing strategies (functional, integration, regression, non-functional), automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), and defect management.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, audit traceability, regulatory compliance, Python for testing, and management tools (JIRA).
- Desirable: experience in the financial sector, non-functional testing, native B2 English or equivalent.

- +5 years managing software development projects with multidisciplinary teams and client environments.
- Proficiency in hybrid Agile/Waterfall management, Jira (backlog, workflows, reporting, capacity), planning, risks, dependencies, and release management.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, REST/JSON APIs, CI/CD, testing, basic observability, and financial business (processes, regulation, reporting).
- Desirable: involvement in pre-sales, financial control (budget/forecast), dashboards (Power BI), and reporting automation from Jira.

- Financial Consultant with +2 years of experience in regulatory liquidity reporting.
- Preparation and analysis of regulatory reports and coordination with technology teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Basel III, SWIFT messaging, and ISO 20022.
- Advanced proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense) and Excel/PowerPoint.
- High level of English
