The entity needed to develop a tool that would enable centralized management of market and reference data distributed to different areas of the entity, as well as to third parties. Once the technological solution was developed, we also took on the outsourcing of service operations (BPO). We ensure data quality and source rationalization through a highly qualified team of experts.
The Strategy
The ARENA Financial Tech team designs and creates a tool that simplifies, streamlines, and ensures the maintenance of the securities master file, as well as the correct validation and certification of prices and other market data. This solution integrates with real-time information distributor applications and establishes logical rules prior to sending information.
The results
With this tool and the outsourcing of the service, the objective set has been achieved and much more. Users will only have to intervene in processes that require expert knowledge, and the traceability of operations has been improved for the purpose of auditing actions. There has also been a reduction in costs and an improvement in satisfaction through increased service quality.
