The Challenge
The entity’s risk area is divided into three departments: Risk Analysis and Control, Market Risk, Balance Sheet and Liquidity, and Pricing and Methodological Control. The entity has approached us with the need to update, optimize, and automate all of its internal control processes.
The Strategy
