All management tasks that were previously carried out in separate files and spreadsheets have now been centralized, and all users have shared access. In addition, alerts are sent regarding changes in underlying assets and other parameterized conditions. This reduces operational risk, facilitates access for all users, and organizes data so that it can be used in reports.
