If any director, executive or employee becomes aware of any fact or circumstance that could potentially constitute misconduct or a criminal offence, they must report such fact or circumstance to ARENA’s CCN through any of the following reporting channels:
Personal communication with any member of the CCN
The reporting person should contact any member of the CCN to inform them of the facts or circumstances that may potentially constitute a criminal offence.

Scope of reports
Any potential irregularity or breach relating to compliance misconduct committed by ARENA employees or by ARENA itself may be reported through this channel.
Documentation and processing of reports
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the “LOPD”) and its implementing regulations, and in particular Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, approving the Regulations implementing the LOPD, interested parties are hereby informed that any personal data collected through this channel will be incorporated into a file owned by ARENA Financial Tech, with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 81, 15th Floor, 28046 Madrid, for the purpose of managing the report, investigating the reported facts, taking any appropriate corrective measures and, where necessary, informing the reporting person of the outcome of the procedure.
Interested parties are also informed that they may, at any time, exercise their legally recognised rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by sending a letter (which must include identification of the rights holder by means of a photocopy of their Spanish National Identity Document — DNI) to the following address:
